Barca’s Consulting was founded in 1994 by Michael Barca and has earned a reputation as a trusted source for QuickBooks consulting, technical support, training, setup, and computer services throughout Eagle Valley, Colorado, and the surrounding communities.
As a small, family-owned business, Barca’s Consulting has always been built on personalized service, long-term client relationships, and a commitment to helping businesses succeed. In 2024, Michael’s daughter, Malia, joined the company, followed by his sister, Becky, in 2026.
Today, Malia, based in California, and Becky, based on Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, allow BarcaCo to expand its services and better support clients across multiple regions and time zones. Together, they provide professional bookkeeping services while working toward their QuickBooks certifications, combining fresh perspectives with the trusted expertise that has defined Barca’s Consulting for more than 30 years.

Experienced Technology Support Coordinator with nearly two decades of dedicated service in a K–8 educational environment. Specializing in Apple products. Proven ability to deliver responsive, hands-on technical support, including daily troubleshooting, and guidance for faculty and staff in the effective use of instructional tools. Recognized for a calm, solutions-focused approach, strong communication skills with non-technical users, and a commitment to minimizing disruptions. A dependable and trusted team member who understands the operational demands and ensures reliable, practical technology support. Currently working toward her QuickBooks Bookkeeping Certification.
